Great location. The Ginza Togoshi street is great for local shopping. The nearby Palm shopping arcade is also great. beats a mall full of chain stores any day. Getting a few stops stop away from a major station on a minor train line is well worth the minimal effort. I also highly rate APA Hotels. Having stayed in a few I realized that, in common with many Japanese hotel chains, they use the same room layout and specific fittings and furniture across many properties. Though the room size and other faculties etc vary with location and price it is nice to know exactly what you are getting, reach out in the dark and the same switches control the same lights etc. Makes for an easy stay and you could not ask staff to be more helpful and professional whatever you need.

Once we got over the sticker shock of booking a hotel in Tokyo last minute, we settled on this place largely because of price. The room was small but will appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is on a main shopping street that doesn't specifically cater to tourists. I can't say that it's centrally located, but that's honestly what we enjoyed about it the most. The TV defaults to an info channel that, if you let it loop long enough, gives a handful of useful tips for tourists. Some of these were quite helpful and I appreciated learning how to specifically expresses appreciation for the food we were served during our trip.

So, this hotel is "green" thinking, which I personally like. The room cleaning is scheduled every third day starting from your first night with amenities being delivered every day. The room, although small, was still quite well laid out, and had everything one would need in the room. There is no dedicated breakfast place, but you can get bento style breakfast, if you want to, but given the location, there are quite a bit of cafes and dinning places. The view from the hotel room was also great given that this is one of the tallest building in the direct vicinity.

This is an excellent location if you want to be slightly away from the most crowded parts of Tokyo for your stay. The hotel is in a neighbourhood where people live and work, so it has a relatively low-key, authentic feel. The hotel itself is straightforward and probably what you'd expect: clean, functional, very pleasant. The staff were lovely and very patient with us, given that we don't speak Japanese. They helped us to transfer our luggage to our next hotel, which all went very smoothly.

Very close to togoshi station! It’s along the togoshi ginza shopping street and there’s plenty of food and convenience stores nearby so you won’t have trouble if you’re feeling hungry. Daiso is also a short walk away if you need any essentials. The room I stayed in was small but comfortable and the bed was soft. New towels, PJs and room supplies were given every morning which was nice. Staff were friendly and happy to help.
